The sessions will be tailored to encourage self-reflection, self-awareness, self-love, challenging perspectives, accepting responsibility and embracing positive change. Sessions are private and confidential; the client is never forced into decisions they are not comfortable with.

We are based in the Lanarkshire and Glasgow area but offer remote sessions for ease of access and support. Our approach is different as it’s a genuine blend of life experience, clinical experience and knowledge gained from evidence-based mental health interventions.

Anxiety Coaching

Anxiety Coaching – An evidence-based approach used to understand and combat daily anxiety. Evidence based techniques and tools will be used to ensure you can manage your anxiety levels and utilise this knowledge after each session. PSC has extensive knowledge and experience working with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), panic disorders, social phobia, agoraphobia and separation anxiety. Other symptoms that can perpetuate anxiety may include PTSD and OCD which can also be managed and treated by PSC as part of a coaching program

Telephone Consultation Service

PSC provides support via telephone, online voice calls and apps that utilise voice chat. The telephone consultations are slots secured by you for a date and time that suits your needs. The consultations involve a listening and support service for people struggling with emotional distress, low mood, anxiety, stress and other ongoing mental health issues. The telephone consultations can also be used as support for ongoing coaching, addiction guidance, bereavement support and relationship support. This service is tailored to your needs and the least restrictive method offered by PSC as you can receive support from professionals anywhere at any time.

All telephone consultations are conducted in a completely private and confidential manner, ensuring your personal information and discussions remain secure and protected. We understand that privacy is paramount when discussing personal challenges, family situations, or sensitive topics, which is why we maintain the same strict confidentiality standards regardless of how you choose to access our services.

This service works particularly well for ongoing coaching sessions, follow-up appointments, or initial consultations. Many clients appreciate the comfort of speaking from their own home environment, which can help them feel more relaxed and open during our conversations together.

Our programmes cover anxiety coaching, weight loss coaching, and health & wellbeing coaching. Each is designed to help you overcome challenges and make lasting positive changes. PSC has extensive knowledge and experience in managing addiction issues, stress, low mood, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement struggles, relationship dynamics, low self-esteem and loss of identify.

 

A life coach will work closely with you to clarify “What do you want?”. You will overcome barriers, obstacles and create realistic achievable goals. Sessions are client-led with full responsibility being accepted and the coach asking powerful and meaningful questions. The sessions will be tailored to encourage self-reflection, self-awareness, self-love, challenging perspectives, accepting responsibility and embracing positive change. Sessions are private and confidential; the client is never forced into decisions they are not comfortable with. Evidence based treatments will be used by qualified mental health professionals.

Coaching sessions occur every 2 weeks. This helps clients process information, maintain focus and make consistent progress without feeling overwhelmed. Sessions can be tailored to once per week if the client requires this. Sessions can be conducted remotely or face to face.

Everyone is different, but many clients notice improvements within the first few weeks. Our programmes are designed for steady and sustainable progress.

The minimum number of sessions required will be 4, this is to ensure efficient and purposeful work can be maintained and carried out efficiently. At PSC the recommendation to achieve maximum results and create long lasting change would be 8-12 sessions. Further information on sessions can be discussed during a free exploration session.
